If Labuan Bajo itself is a great place to explore, with wonderful nature both on land and at sea, the villa sure will make you feel like time is suspended. It has this home away from home touch, with home made breakfast made ready to order, old friends to chat or enjoy silence with, terrific views over the bay and gorgeous sunsets. Just a little stroll away from the main road, you can enjoy tea on the terrace, get tips about your photos and learn a great deal on Komodo dragrons all in the same place. It is quiet and confortable, with both aircon and hot water, but also very well equiped to recycle used waters and reduce waste, which make so much sense in this beautiful decor of wood, rocks and gardens. After exploring the amazing coral, observing the slow flight of swimming mantas rays, questionning the evolution of Komodo dragons, walking around the fisherman at the pier, kayaking to deserted beaches with a pack of bananas on your knees, drinking avocado juice so thick you’d think it’s a meal, you can only wish time really was suspended for you may never want to leave what feels like your own hilltop villa in Flores, where you can finally feel truly relaxed and at peace. And that may be even better than home…
